About Haven
One operator. Every step.
Haven Aviation Services Group consolidates charter, aircraft management, brokerage, maintenance, and FBO services into one relationship. We manage and charter aircraft based anywhere in the U.S. — not just where we have hangar space. Our regional campuses are the operational backbone: FBO, MRO, and dispatch under one roof. The campuses are where the work happens; the service area is the country. We continue to add locations as our footprint grows.
One operator.
Charter, brokerage, management, maintenance, ground services. Every conversation flows through a single Haven lead. No vendor matrix.
Real numbers.
No inflated comps. No hidden deadhead fees. No surprise invoices. Quotes that match the trip you flew.
Nationwide. Rooted regionally.
We manage and charter aircraft based anywhere in the U.S. Our regional campuses run FBO, MRO, and dispatch under one roof — so your aircraft always has a Haven home for service. The footprint keeps growing.
Mission
Make every Haven worth the climb.
We exist to remove operational friction from owning and flying private aircraft. That means a single relationship for every aviation need, transparent pricing, and a regional footprint deep enough to actually know your aircraft, your crew, and your missions.
Certifications & Designations
What we hold, and why it matters.
Owners and corporate flight departments use certifications to filter vendors before they pick up the phone. Here's every Haven holds and what each one actually means for you.

ARGUS Gold
Haven Aero · Charter
What it is
Third-party safety audit of our Part 135 charter operation. ARGUS sends auditors who review crew training records, maintenance practices, dispatch procedures, and historical incidents.
Why it matters
Corporate flight departments require ARGUS Gold (minimum) before approving a charter vendor. This is the credential that gets us on most approved-vendor lists.

WYVERN Wingman
Haven Aero · Charter
What it is
A second independent safety audit, focused on crew qualifications and operational risk profile. WYVERN tracks pilot history, hours, type ratings, and recurrent training currency.
Why it matters
A second safety vote from an unrelated auditor. Some flight departments want both ARGUS and WYVERN — together they cover different risk surfaces.
FAA Part 135 Air Carrier
Haven Aero · Charter
What it is
The FAA certificate that authorizes Haven Aero to operate commercial passenger flights. Maintained under continuous FAA surveillance and quarterly inspections.
Why it matters
Without 135, we cannot legally charge for charter flights. Holding it ourselves (rather than chartering from someone else) means we have operational control of every flight we sell on owned/managed aircraft.
FAA Part 145 Repair Station
Haven MRO · Maintenance
What it is
The FAA certificate that authorizes Haven MRO to perform major aircraft maintenance, alterations, and inspections — including return-to-service signoffs.
Why it matters
Means owners can have annual inspections, hot sections, ADs, SBs, and avionics upgrades done in-house without ferrying to a third-party shop. Continuity of records, faster turn times, single-source accountability.

NBAA Member
Industry Association
What it is
The National Business Aviation Association — the industry trade group representing business aviation operators, owners, and service providers in the U.S.
Why it matters
NBAA membership signals industry engagement, access to ongoing best-practice updates, and participation in the standards that govern bizav operations.

Global Rescue Partner
Medical & Security Evac
What it is
Partnership with Global Rescue for medical evacuation, security extraction, and crisis response anywhere our aircraft fly — domestic or international.
Why it matters
When a passenger has a medical emergency in-flight or at a remote destination, we have a single number to call that resolves it without scrambling.
AvFuel Branded Dealer
Haven FBO · KAMA · Fuel Network
What it is
Haven is an authorized AvFuel branded dealer. AvFuel is one of the largest independent fuel networks in North America, with contract-fuel pricing programs honored at thousands of FBOs.
Why it matters
Crews flying in on AvFuel contract pull pre-negotiated rates without a separate vendor relationship. AvTrip rewards points accrue on every gallon — real value for frequent operators.
CAA Approved · KAMA
Corporate Aircraft Association
What it is
Haven is the CAA (Corporate Aircraft Association) approved contract fuel location at KAMA. CAA is the membership organization for corporate flight departments that negotiates pre-priced fuel + ground services at participating FBOs.
Why it matters
CAA member operators arriving at KAMA pull contract rates without sending a separate PO. One of the cleanest ways for corporate flight departments to operate.
OEM Authorizations
Factory-authorized, not just qualified.
Haven MRO holds OEM authorizations across the manufacturers that matter most to our customer base. That means factory-trained technicians, OEM-traceable parts, and direct support escalation when something gets weird. The list below is current as of June 2026 — additional OEM authorizations (Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, etc.) being added as we expand the team.
OEM Authorizations

Note: OEM authorization confers specific privileges (warranty work, software loads, proprietary tooling access). It is not the same as “experienced on type.” If you need warranty work on a specific OEM that isn't on our card, we'll tell you upfront and either pursue authorization or refer.
