Haven Aero spawned from the aspirations of a team that wanted a world class quality aircraft operator accessible to the people they cared about. From that desire for quality, safety, and the highest tier customer service the Haven Aero team began piecing together the required expertise, technology, aircraft, and processes to do so while maintaining a familial comradery among its employees and clients. Travis Lamance
CEO
Travis Lamance, Chief Executive Officer, started his aviation career at 18 years old attending Colorado Aero Tech and getting his A&P license. In the last 24 years since starting his aviation journey Travis has held many titles overseeing many types of aircraft. In 2008 he took a big step into merging his passions of aviation and entrepreneurial desires. Since then, he has owned several aviation companies, growing, and developing his leadership skillsets and industry know how along the way. This roadmap set him up with an ideal blend of technical, operational, and managerial knowledge to successfully launch a unique aviation company. He was certain that leveraging his wide array of experience and industry connections that as a team they could create a company that would fulfill multiple industry needs, to include, private aircraft memberships, charter operations, brokerage, and asset management. With this belief an all-star leadership team was brought together to design and bring into focus what would become Haven Aero. Travis is a 24 year A&P, IA and private pilot. While aviation has always been a passion, building companies and culture where he can play a part of people realizing their full potential is what keeps him excited and motivated to always reach for more.

Marc Bennett
COO
Marc Bennett, Chief Operating Officer, brings over 20+ years of executive leadership experience. He has successfully built his career working in product-based, Managed Services, Telecommunications, ISP, Healthcare, and Aviation. His executive leadership experience includes managing and directing sales channels and support, marketing, operations, safety, business analytics, financial, and strategic planning initiatives while measuring results to ensure success. His success in business is based on his passion for delivering a superior product, exceeding expectations for customer experience and great company culture. He is a Veteran of the United States Marines Corps and holds both a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in Business Administration degree.

Shawn Robison
CFO
Shawn Robison, Chief Financial Officer, is a uniquely experienced Chief Financial/Operations Officer able to deliver best practice general management and pre-eminent financial leadership. Highly adept at corporate transformation, commercial strategy and business growth, Shawn enjoys the challenge of a complex work environment. He has a remarkable history of guiding company mergers, designing highly efficient reporting systems, and optimizing staff performance.
Shawn’s capability and powerful skillset has been well evidenced throughout his career. Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer for the Haven ASG group of companies, Shawn was Chief Financial Officer for a business acceleration firm where he worked with many companies, guiding and delivering results for growth across multiple industries such as; sports training, aircraft parts refabrication, medical offices, air ambulance services, aircraft FBO operations, restaurants, building management, international agriculture manufacturing, international fiber optics, organic dairy, foam insulation and construction, and medical device manufacturing and distribution. Shawn has also served in the Chief Financial/Operation Officer role for companies in the fuel distribution, transportation, safety, construction, and irrigation industries.
Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in finance, Bachelor of Business Administration, several industry specific certificates, and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA).

Nick Kemp
Account Executive/CAO
Nick Kemp, Account Executive Chief Aviation Officer, brings 27 years of invaluable experience to the Aviation industry. His journey began at the International Aviation and Travel Academy in Arlington, Texas, where he obtained his Airframe and Powerplant certificate. With a solid foundation in hand, Nick embarked on a dynamic career trajectory.
Within two years of graduation, Nick assumed his inaugural role as Director of Maintenance, overseeing a fleet of small to mid-size business jets. Over the ensuing decade, he seized growing opportunities, transitioning to a pivotal position responsible for managing the operations of a diverse fleet of Helicopters and Fixed-wing aircraft in the EMS sector.
Throughout his career, Nick attributes his success to the guidance and collaboration of esteemed aviation professionals. Their mentorship empowered him to navigate through various roles, fostering enduring relationships pivotal to his growth and development.

Harry Fields
Director of Operations
Harry Fields, Director of Operations, has been involved in many facets of business aviation management for decades. He has a background in aviation management, corporate aircraft operations, aircraft charter, aircraft manufacturer flight operations and FBO experience. As a professional pilot with over 13000 flight hours including domestic and international flight operations his knowledge helps guide the flight ops team.

Dave Bean
Chief Pilot
Dave Bean, a Texas Panhandle native and Chief Pilot, brings over 44 years of aviation expertise to the table. With more than 26 years of experience flying with the U.S. Army and an additional 18 years in the civil sector, Dave's extensive background spans various roles. He has served as Chief Pilot, CFI, CFII, and MEI-rated Instructor Pilot for both large and small aviation organizations, specializing in Aircraft Management, Corporate Aircraft Operations, Aircraft Modification, and Government Contracting. Dave's global experience includes flying worldwide in rotary and fixed-wing turboprop and turbo-jet aircraft. Notably, he excels in writing procedural manuals, particularly in developing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
